From Boston and points west:
Take Route 128S follow the sign for Route 93N (don’t take
95S) or from Route 93S, take Exit 2A (Route 138South,Stoughton).
Then see the directions below from 138 South.
From South of Boston:
1. Take Route 95 North to Exit 12 (Route 93 North-Braintree/Boston).
Take Exit 2A (Route 138South,Stoughton). Then see the directions
below from 138 South.
2. Take Route 24 North to Route 93 toward Dedham (not Boston).
Take Exit 2A (Route 138South,Stoughton). Then see the directions
below from 138 South.
From the South Shore:
Take Route 3 to Route 93 (toward Dedham). Follow approximately
5.5 miles to Exit 2A (Route 138 South, Stoughton). Then see the
directions below from 138 South.
From Exit 2A- Stoughton (Route 138 South)
Follow Route 138 South to the first traffic light (Washington
Street). Turn right and go past the few houses with white picket
fences and make the first right onto Hubbard. At the STOP sign,
turn left onto Sutcliffe. At the next corner (by the blind driveway
sign) turn right onto Hillcrest. Take your first left onto Cedar
Drive (the street only goes to the left so watch for the street
sign on the telephone pole on your right) and the office is the
fourth house on the right #7. The mailbox is green with blue reflectors
on the post and you will see the wheelchair ramp that leads to
the office along the front of the house. Please pull into the
driveway and park to one side so another car can fit if needed.

SHORTCUT: From Exit 2A, follow Route 138 South 0.8 miles. Turn
right onto Ponkapoag Way. At the end of Ponkapoag Way turn right
onto Hillcrest. Take your first left onto Cedar Drive (the street
